PRODUCT CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

Under our return policy, you can cancel your purchase contract for a 100% full refund by contacting us within 3 business days without stating any reasons — or if you have received the goods before then, by returning the goods to us. The cancellation period starts from the date your order is placed. The timely posting of the cancellation notice is required.

We can only accept the cancellation return of unopened items, and you will have to bear the freight costs of the return shipment if the goods have already been delivered to you. We recommend that you insure the products you are returning as LOGNRICH AMERICA is not responsible for missing or undelivered products that are sent by you.

Any returns of goods and payments will be made within 10 business days of receipt of returned goods. A refund will be made in the original form of payment.

Product Exchange

LONGRICH AMERICA warrants the quality of its products and shall exchange any defective product. Anyone returning a damaged or defective product must complete the Distributor Product Exchange or Return request form.

LONGRICH AMERICA guarantees the quality of any nutritional and skin care product that carries the LONGRICH name. LONGRICH AMERICA certifies that its products meet high standards of freshness and purity. If you are not satisfied, the product maybe returned to your LONGRICH AMERICA Independent Distributor you have purchased the product from within 30 days after purchase.

Return for Refund Policy

If a Distributor wishes to cancel his/her distributorship, he/she may qualify for a refund on unopened, resalable inventory with current labels. Said products must be currently stocked and sold by LONGRICH AMERICA and returned within one year of the original purchase date. Refunds are based on selling price less all commissions and rebates paid to such Distributor and less a 10% handling fee. Products that are used and/or not defective are not eligible for refund. Used or not defective products will be mailed back at your expense.

Return by Distributor

If for any reason a Distributor is dissatisfied with any LONGRICH AMERICA product, he/she may return that product to the Company within thirty (30) days for replacement, exchange, or refund of the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee. If a Distributor returns merchandise equal to or exceeding US$100.00, this will be deemed a Voluntary Cancellation of distributorship.

ALL RETURNS

All returns must be authorized in advance and include a Return Merchandise Authorization number provided by LONGRICH AMERICA, and must be sent freight prepaid.
